Upper Body & Ab Workout

I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but I have been very into super quick body weight workouts lately. They are efficient, effective & altogether my favorite (especially when I’m crunched for time). This workout in particular focuses on upper body & core strength, and clocks in at only 22.5 minutes long. You have no excuse not to give it a try!

UPPER BODY & AB WORKOUT

Equipment needed: A chair, a set of steps or ledge for your triceps dips. Otherwise, nada!

Workout format: This workout is comprised of three circuits. Each circuit should be performed for a total of 5 rounds. Each exercise will be performed for 30 seconds.
