Full Body Dumbbell Workout

Ready for another full body workout that takes less than 30 minutes? Give this challenging dumbbell workout a shot. It can be done in the gym or in the comfort of your own home. All you’ll need is a set of dumbbells (or two) and a step.

Full Body Dumbbell Workout

Complete the following circuit 3x through:

Alternating Dumbbell Chest Press x10 reps ea. side (heavy)
Elbows Out Bent Over Dumbbell Row x15 reps (heavy)
Rotational Dumbbell Shoulder Press x10 reps ea. side (moderate)
Dumbbell Bicep Curl with Iso Hold x15 reps ea. side (moderate)
High Plank (hold) x30 seconds

Complete the following circuit 3x through:

Dumbbell Single Leg Romanian Deadlift x10 reps ea. side (moderate)
Dumbbell Box Lunge x15 reps ea. side (moderate)
Dumbbell Step Ups x15 reps ea. side (moderate)
Alternating Dumbbell Curtsy Lunges x10 reps ea. side (one heavy)
Single Leg Bridge (hold) x30 seconds ea. side

For reference, this workout takes me just under 24 minutes to complete.
