Before becoming a personal trainer, I worked a full time corporate job. I know the daily stresses that come along with the territory, and how hard it can be to fit exercise and healthy eating into your day. I’m here to make that easier for you.
I want to help make your workouts more enjoyable, show you that healthy eating doesn’t have to be so hard, and encourage you to try new habits that will mitigate life’s stressors. My goal as your trainer and coach is to teach you the stuff you need to know so you can eventually do it all without my help. And basically win at life.
