Chia Seed Pudding 2 Ways
Lately there have been a ton of delicious chia seed puddings popping up on my Instagram feed, so (feeling inspired) I figured I would share a few recipes myself. The following chia seed puddings are very different, but equally as delightful. The Chocolate Cherry combo happens to be my personal favorite, but the Cinnamon Dolce recipe (with an extra heavy dose of apples) is a pretty fantastic way to kick off fall!
Chocolate Cherry Chia Seed Pudding
Serves 1
1 cup Milk
1/4 cup Chia seeds
1/2 cup Frozen cherries, divided in half
1 tbsp Cocoa powder
Blend together the milk, chia seeds, cocoa powder and half of the frozen cherries (I love using my hand blender for chia seed pudding)! Pour the mixture into a mason jar or other container with a lid. Add the other half of the frozen cherries, and let it sit in the fridge overnight (or for 3-5 hours). Add desired toppings (preferably lots of fruit – I chose to pair mine with plenty of banana slices) and enjoy.
Cinnamon Dolce Chia Seed Pudding
Serves 1
1 cup Milk
1/4 cup Chia seeds
1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
Blend all ingredients together with your hand blender. Pour the mixture into a mason jar or other container with a lid. Let it sit in the fridge overnight (or for 3-5 hours). Add your toppings (I love apples with this mix) and enjoy! Tip of the day: this recipe really shines by adding in extra toppings, get creative and let me know what your favorite pairing is!
Have a beautiful weekend friends!
xoxo,
Zoe
