Burrata Tomato Salad

Last week I threw together this burrata tomato salad and quickly realized it will become a go-to dish for me going forward. Super simple, easy to make (it takes just a few minutes to throw together), healthy and delicious!

The perfect dish to share as an appetizer, or keep all to yourself as a main dish! Add a protein and you’ve got a well-balanced meal. I hope you love it as much as I do!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 large tomato sliced
  • 1 ball burrata cheese quartered

  • 1 pinch black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place arugula on a serving plate.

  2. Slice tomato and place on top of the arugula.

  3. Carefully quarter the burrata (the outside is solid mozzarella but the inside of the burrata is soft stracciatella & cream) and add it to the plate.

Cheers!
