Strawberry Pecan Baked Oatmeal

I’m so excited for you to try my Strawberry Pecan Baked Oatmeal! It’s a healthy, easy-to-make recipe that you can enjoy right out of the oven or as leftovers throughout the week (it’s the perfect breakfast to-go).

I prefer it warm with a sprinkle of brown sugar (for extra sweetness) & a little milk poured on top. Yum!

Strawberry Pecan Baked Oatmeal

Cook Time 45 minutes
Servings 9 people


  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar packed
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 cups Strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup Pecans chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 375 and grease a 8×8 square baking dish.

  2. Slice strawberries & chop up pecans.

  3. Combine all dry ingredients (oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon & salt) in a large bowl.

  4. Stir milk & vanilla in a small bowl.

  5. Mix together wet & dry ingredients. Gently fold in strawberries & pecans.

  6. Pour mixture into glass baking dish & bake for 40-45 minutes (until lightly golden brown).

  7. Enjoy!

I love this baked oatmeal warm with a little sprinkle of brown sugar and milk poured over the top. Give it a shot – you won’t be disappointed.
