Apple Blueberry Smoothie

Did you know apples are rich in fiber & antioxidants? Blueberries, too! This Apple Blueberry Smoothie is essentially a one-two punch, knocking out a ton of your fruit & veggie requirements for the day. It is really refreshing and perfect for summer – I think you’re going to love it!

In case you wanted to know just what your fruit & veggie requirements are, I got you covered: the USDA recommends women eat about 1 1/2 – 2 cups of fruit and 2 1/2 cups of vegetables a day (depending on your age). Apple Blueberry Smoothie

1 cup Spinach

1 Banana

1 Apple, cored and sliced

1 cup Frozen Tropical Fruit Mix

1/2 cup Blueberries

1 – 1 1/2 cups Water

Blend all ingredients together until smooth & enjoy!
