Chunky Monkey Smoothie Recipe: 2 Ways
I have to tell you a secret. I’ve been holding out on you. For about a year now, I’ve been making what I consider my best smoothie… and I haven’t shared it with you yet.
In all honesty, I wasn’t doing in on purpose. In fact, I’ve shared it on social media and with friends and family, but I just hadn’t got around to putting it on my blog yet.
Well that changes today!
Here’s my favorite smoothie to date. It’s called the Chunky Monkey. You can make it two different ways. The first (the “classic”) is made without spinach. This is the recipe my husband has fallen in love with and has been one of his favorites.
The second (the “green” chunky monkey) adds spinach. It’s my go-to smoothie of choice. I love it because it helps me get my greens in, but the spinach doesn’t change the flavor at all.
Give one (or both!) of these smoothies a shot and let me know what you think! If you’re like many of my friends & family, I think you’ll end up having a new favorite smoothie to add to your repertoire!
