Upper Body Resistance Band Workout

This past weekend I decided to play around with a few resistance bands while stuck at the gym on a rainy day. I ended up recording a ton of movements that you can start incorporating into your current routine (check them all out on my YouTube channel) and even put together a new workout for you, too! This Upper Body Resistance Band Workout is a great way to add variety while providing you with a new sort of challenge, without putting a ton of stress on your joints. UPPER BODY RESISTANCE BAND WORKOUT

Equipment needed: At least one set of resistance bands. Ideally, one lighter and one medium resistance.

Workout format: This workout is comprised of two circuits. Each circuit should be performed for a total of 4 rounds. Each exercise should be performed for 30 seconds, followed by 15 seconds of rest.
