Sunshine Smoothie

Happy Friday, friends!

With the launch of the MKE Sweat Series on Wednesday, my week has been a pretty incredible one! Hearing from all of you with such supportive and positive feedback has put me on Cloud 9. Thank you for that! You know I absolutely love hearing your thoughts on anything and everything health and wellness, so never be afraid to reach out.

To cap off the week, I wanted to whip up a smoothie that was just as happy (LOL I’m such a sap).

Anyway… this smoothie is refreshing, light and has just the right amount of kick from the ginger. Give it a shot and let me know what you think!

Sunshine Smoothie

3/4 cup Frozen raspberries

1/2 Banana

1/2 Apple

Juice of 1/2 a Grapefruit

Handful of spinach

1/4 tsp Ground ginger

1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon

1 cup Coconut water

3 ice cubes

Drizzle of honey (optional)

Blend all ingredients together (with the exception of the honey). Drizzle the honey into the cup you will be using for a little extra sweetness. Pour the smoothie once blended and enjoy!
