24 Min. Full Body Workout
I am usually not a huge fan of targeted ab work, but this week I was feeling like I wanted to incorporate a little abdominal love into my exercise routine. This 24 Minute Full Body Workout is a doozy, and fantastic for your entire body, with a scorcher for your abs tacked on at the end. Although initially created for intermediate fitness levels, you can truly modify as needed to make this workout work for you. 24 MIN. FULL BODY WORKOUT
Equipment needed: 2 sets of dumbbells (1 heavy, 1 light)
Workout: Set timer for a total of 4 rounds. For each exercise, we will be working for 45 seconds, then taking a 15 second break.
Rest and modify as needed, but make sure you are working hard and gettin’ that sweat on!
