Blackberry Maple Overnight Oats
Overnight oats are a morning lifesaver. They are easy to make, and require about 5 minutes of prep the night before you want to eat them. They are healthy, easy to take on the go, and you can mix up different types based on what you have on hand. The basics you will need include: old fashioned oats, milk, greek yogurt and chia seeds. This variation features a bit of raspberry jam, maple syrup and fresh blackberries, too. Yummy!
Blackberry Maple Overnight Oats
1/4 cup Uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup Milk
1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Raspberry jam
1/4 cup Blackberries
2 tsp Maple Syrup
Start by adding your oats, milk, greek yogurt and chia seeds to a jar. Top off with jam, blackberries and maple syrup, and shake it all up. Put in the refrigerator overnight (or at least 4 hours). Eat cold.
