Berry Nice Cream
Bananas. How versatile they have become. A staple for so many healthy recipes: breads, smoothies, pancakes… and now, ice cream! Or as they call it, “nice cream.” ‘Nana ice cream may just be my new favorite dish. And that is certainly saying something.
This recipe features a mere 3 ingredients, and is an insanely healthy version of your favorite frozen treat. Comment below and let me know if you have a favorite flavor combination you want me to create next! I have a feeling I will be making many-a-batches this summer.
Berry Nice Cream
1 Banana (ripe), sliced and frozen
1/2 cup Raspberries, frozen
1/2 cup Strawberries, frozen
Add all ingredients into your blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pro tip: Once the nice cream is blended, it may be a little on the melted side. Scoop the blended nice cream into a storage container and freeze for an hour or so to firm it up a little bit (freezing it for longer than that isn’t a problem, but it will be harder to scoop out).
