20 min. At Home Workout for Beginners
I have been getting more requests for beginner workouts, which is fantastic! I put together a 20 minute, full body workout that you can complete at home, and I am so excited for you to try it!
Pro tips: This workout is created for beginners, but that doesn’t mean it will be easy! With that said, if you need to modify the movements, please do so. If you still find the workout too challenging, decrease the amount of weight you are using or focus instead on completing 4-5 rounds of each circuit, rather than rushing to complete the entire workout in 20 minutes. You can follow along with the workout below, or you can download and save the full workout here: 20 MIN. BEGINNER AT HOME WORKOUT.
As always, if you have questions let me know! Otherwise…
Get after it!

20 MIN. BEGINNER AT HOME WORKOUT
Equipment needed: 1 set of dumbbells and a bench or chair.
Circuit One: Set timer for 10 minutes. Run through the below circuit AMRAP-style (as many rounds as possible), resting as needed. You will probably be able to fit in 4-5 rounds during the time allotted.
Circuit Two: Set timer for 10 minutes. Run through the below circuit AMRAP-style (as many rounds as possible), resting as needed. You will probably be able to fit in 4-5 rounds during the time allotted.
Other notes:
- Don’t want to worry about timing your full workout? Run through 5 rounds of the first circuit, and 4 rounds of the second circuit. Certainly push yourself, but don’t be afraid to use the rest you need!
xoxo,
Zoe Lauryn
