20 Min. Full Body Workout

Last week I asked my email subscribers to test a workout for me, and I was so excited to get such an enthusiastic response! You are officially looking at the thoroughly tested and perfected version, and I know you are going to love it! Under 20 minutes, this workout will get your heart rate up and put your endurance to the test. 20 MIN. FULL BODY WORKOUT

Equipment needed: 1 moderately weighted barbell (dumbbells can be used as an alternative)

Circuit One: Run through 30 seconds of each exercise using your moderately weighted barbell. Complete 4 rounds. Rest as needed. Watch the movements here: Video Mar 26, 4 10 51 PM.

Circuit Two: Run through 30 seconds of each body-weight exercise. Complete 4 rounds. Rest as needed. Watch the movements here: Video Mar 26, 4 20 05 PM.

Other notes:

  • Don’t want to worry about timing each movement? Run through as many rounds of each circuit as possible (approx. 10 reps of each exercise) in 10 minutes. You should be able to fit in 3-5 rounds, depending on the circuit and the amount of weight you are using.
