Strawberry Pecan Baked Oatmeal
I’m so excited for you to try my Strawberry Pecan Baked Oatmeal! It’s a healthy, easy-to-make recipe that you can enjoy right out of the oven or as leftovers throughout the week (it’s the perfect breakfast to-go).
I prefer it warm with a sprinkle of brown sugar (for extra sweetness) & a little milk poured on top. Yum!
Strawberry Pecan Baked Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 2 cups Rolled oats
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar packed
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 cups Strawberries sliced
- 1/2 cup Pecans chopped
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 and grease a 8×8 square baking dish.

Slice strawberries & chop up pecans.

Combine all dry ingredients (oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon & salt) in a large bowl.

Stir milk & vanilla in a small bowl.

Mix together wet & dry ingredients. Gently fold in strawberries & pecans.

Pour mixture into glass baking dish & bake for 40-45 minutes (until lightly golden brown).
