Chunky Monkey Smoothie

Two versions: classic chunky monkey & the green chunky monkey smoothie

Servings 1 person

Ingredients

  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1-2 Dates, pitted
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 cup Milk or more to desired consistency
  • 3-5 Ice Cubes adjust for desired consistency
  • 1-2 cups Spinach optional (for green chunky monkey)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender & blend until smooth.

  2. Add more milk or ice to get desired consistency.
