Hi there, I'm Zoe!

I help others build healthy habits that last a lifetime!

Before becoming a personal trainer and online coach, I worked a full time corporate job. I traveled a ton, worked long hours and woke up in the middle of the night in full on panic attacks. I was stressed, unfulfilled and had no idea where to turn.

At the end of my rope, hitting rock bottom, I had a stunning realization:

No one was going to come save me. I was going to have to do the hard, nitty-gritty work myself if I wanted to turn my life around.

I started cooking for myself and I began strength training (though I had no real clue what I was doing in the gym). I made plenty of blunders along the way.

Eventually, my rocky and wild journey led me to a passion for fitness and for teaching others as much as I can about living healthier, happier lives.

I want to help make your workouts more enjoyable, show you that healthy eating doesn’t have to be so hard, and encourage you to try new habits that will mitigate life’s stressors. My goal as your trainer and coach is to teach you the stuff you need to know so you can eventually do it all without my help. And basically win at life.

I’m here for you. I’m cheering you on.
