Full Body Dumbbell Workout

I love strength training with dumbbells. You can do so much with them, performing an entire full body workout with just one set. If you have a set of dumbbells at home, you can easily do this workout on your own. So this week I’m sharing one of my new favorite workouts, incorporating some of my go-to strength training exercises! And better yet, this Full Body Dumbbell Workout only takes 30 minutes to complete!

What you’ll need: One set of heavier weight dumbbells (I used 17.5 lb dumbbells while filming this workout).

FULL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT

Warm up: Walk quickly or jog for 5 minutes.

Elevated Push Ups x 10 reps

Straight Leg Triceps Dips x 15 reps

LOWER BODY

Set your timer for 15 minutes. Complete as many rounds as possible of the following circuit.

Dumbbell Deadlifts x 15 reps

Cool down: Stretch for 5 minutes after your workout, holding each stretch for at least 30 seconds. You can find my all-time favorite stretching routine here.

Trainer tip: Keep track of how many rounds you are able to perform of each circuit in the given time frame. Repeat this workout at a later date to see if you can beat your “score.”
