Here’s how the challenge works:

First, add yourself to my email list by registering here.

When you get all signed up & squared away, you’ll receive a welcome email from me, explaining all the details again just in case you missed anything. If you don’t find anything in your inbox, double check nothing went to your junk mail!

On the first day of the challenge (December 12th), you’ll receive an email with 8 super-quick (20 min. or less), super-effective workouts you can do practically anywhere (all you need is a set of dumbbells). Save this email, as you will need to refer to it throughout the challenge.

For the duration of the challenge, you will receive an email a day from me, with fitness & nutrition tips and daily challenges to keep you on track this holiday season!

Here’s what you need to do to be eligible to win the big prize:

  1. Complete all 8 of the #12DaysofFitness workouts throughout the duration of the 12 day challenge, and post evidence of them on Instagram and/or Facebook with the hashtag “#12DaysofFitness” & tag me (@zoelauryn or Zoe Rentmeester). Your photo can be anything from a sweaty selfie, to a photo of your gym, or the set of dumbbells you have at home. Please include the name of the workout you completed.
  2. Post about 2 of the fitness & nutrition tips and challenges sent your way – you can talk about your favorites or discuss the struggles you’ve been facing. Simply relate it back to one of the #12DaysofFitness emails and you’re good to go. But don’t forget to tag me and include the #12DaysofFitness hashtag!

FAQ’s:

Q: Do I need to post on social media to be qualified to win?

A: Yes. This challenge is all about accountability. There’s something about committing to something publicly and in a bigger way that puts us on the hook! So tell your friends and family you are doing this. Ask them to do it with you. Show up on social media every day and get excited to share your progress and your consistency. Be an example to those around you and who follow you. This is your time to shine!

Q: Do I need to complete the workouts (or any of the other content) in any particular order?

A: Nope. Simply include the name of the workout you’ve completed or the topic of the email you’re referring to when you post about it on Facebook or Instagram.

Note: Please do not complete more than 1 workout in a day. These are meant to be standalone workouts, and won’t be counted if they were completed in succession just to get them done in a rush & become eligible to win.

Q: What if I’m a member of one of your other training programs or work with you in person? Can I use those workouts to count towards the challenge?

A: You sure can! If you are a current member of #FastFit52, Focused Fitness Coaching or train with me in-person, you can also count those workouts towards the 8 needed to be eligible to win.

More details to come, but enrollment won’t last long and I’m not sure quite how long I’ll keep it open this time around!
